About the Newlands Pets local delivery service and click & collect

What area do you cover?

The Newlands Pets delivery service is available across many parts of south east Essex. All of the deliveries are carried out by ourselves and not a courier to ensure the best possible service.

When will I get my delivery?

Your delivery will be made within your selected delivery window of 2 hours. The Date and time can be picked when you checkout.

What If I order raw food for my dog, how will that be delivered?

Frozen products are delivered in an insulated box. These have been tested and will keep the food frozen for over 24 hours. The food is taken out of our freezers and will only be in the boxes for a few hours so don’t worry they will still be well frozen.

What happens if I am not in to take the delivery?

If you are not in when the delivery is attempted we are happy to leave the delivery in a pre-arranged place. If you have ordered frozen products this would have to be a freezer we have access to. Please leave your preferred place to leave the delivery in the notes section of the checkout.

Loyalty points

In order to keep the price we have to charge for delivery we are unable to add loyalty points to delivered order. For click and collect order points will be added. In order for us to do this please make sure that you create an online account when checking out and your points will be combined and saved to your account. You can then spend the point in-store as normal.

When you checkout choose click & collect at the basket to reserve your products and we will get them ready for you to pick up.
